Editorial Policy

CareerChowk is an independent information platform. We are not a government body, and unless a genuine legal or official relationship exists and is stated on this page, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any government ministry, department, board, commission or recruiting organization.

1. Source Discovery

We identify recruitment notifications by monitoring the official websites, RSS feeds and sitemaps of recognised government recruitment bodies that are registered in our internal source list.

2. Official-Source Verification

Each source is checked against known official domains and organization records before anything derived from it is considered for publication. See How We Verify.

3. Data Extraction

We extract the actual published text of a verified source. We do not paraphrase from unofficial summaries, social media posts or third-party aggregators.

4. AI Assistance

An AI model may assist in structuring extracted facts into our standard listing format. It is restricted to the source text it is given, must leave a field blank rather than infer a value, and cannot browse the web, verify sources itself, or publish content. Every AI-assisted field is validated automatically before a human ever sees it.

5. Human Review

A member of our editorial team reviews every listing — whether AI-assisted or entered manually — against the original source before publication. Human review is a mandatory step with no exceptions.

6. Publication

Published listings link directly to the official notification or website they were sourced from and display when they were last verified.

7. Updates

When we detect that an official source has changed (for example, an extended deadline), the update goes through the same verification and human-review process before a live listing is changed.

Editorial Identity

Content is reviewed and published by the CareerChowk editorial team. We do not attribute listings to named individual authors unless a real, identified person is responsible for that content.
